Quick Steps to Recovery

Quick Steps to Recovery is an early intervention mental health service that aims to work with people who are feeling unwell, uneasy about their work situation or are starting to struggle with day to day activities, who may not be eligible for a mental health plan.

Quick Steps to Recovery is intended to provide a brief intervention, allowing people to move on in their lives. If someone requires further support, a referral will be made to a more appropriate service.

The Recovery Facilitator will assist people to identify their needs in relation to their mental health, and help form a plan utilising the strengths and resources for the person to action desired goals.
